With those words, Autumn Durald Arkapaw made history at the Oscars, becoming the first woman and the first woman of colour to win Best Cinematography for her work on Ryan Coogler's Sinners. Of African American Creole and Filipino heritage, Autumn has officially rewritten what a Hollywood powerhouse looks like.
